Refund policy

Return Eligibility

Product must be returned within 12-14 days.

Perfume bottle should be in its original packaging.

The product may be lightly tested, but heavily used products will not be accepted.

Products that are damaged due to misuse or have significant perfume missing are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or as agreed with the customer.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.
